- Click the verification link in the email to confirm your profile.
- Once verified, you can log in and start participating in surveys.
Please ensure your email address is valid to complete the registration process.
No. Registration is completely free.
You will never be asked to pay any fees to join or participate in surveys. Instead, you earn reward points for completing surveys, which can be redeemed for:
- PayPal payments
- Amazon Gift vouchers
- Bank transfers
- UPI (where applicable)
As a member, you can:
- Participate in surveys on various topics
- Share your opinions with leading brands and research organizations
- Earn reward points for successful survey participation
- Redeem rewards once you reach the minimum threshold
You can redeem your points anytime from the “Redeem Now” section in your Dashboard.

For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed directly from the dashboard. If you need to update your email, please contact us at:

- Log into your dashboard
- Go to Settings
- Select Change Password -> New Password -> Confirm New Password
You may update most of your profile information by logging into your account and navigating to your profile settings.
Please note:
- Some core details such as Date of Birth, Age, and Gender may not be editable for data integrity and compliance purposes.
- Keeping your profile updated increases your chances of qualifying for more surveys.
You may raise a request for account deletion at any time by sending an email to:

- You will receive a confirmation email within 24–48 hours.
- You must confirm the deletion request.
- You may restore your account within 30 days.
- After 30 days, all data will be permanently deleted.
Surveys are matched based on your profile information.
You will be notified via:
- Email invitations
- Dashboard notifications
- Survey alerts
To participate:
- Log in to your dashboard
- Check the Available Surveys box
- Click the “Take Survey” button on available surveys
Points vary depending on:
- Survey length
- Complexity
- Sponsor requirements
The reward amount is clearly displayed before you begin each survey.
The number of invitations depends on:
- Your demographic profile
- Survey availability
- Your survey frequency preferences
- Your qualification rate
You can update your survey frequency preference under the Profile section. Keeping your profile complete and updated increases your chances of receiving more invitations.

- Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Try using a different browser or device.

Surveys are sent to a large group of members and close once the required number of participants is reached.
If you see “Survey Closed,” it means:
- The quota has already been filled.
- The survey reached its target participants.
We recommend checking your dashboard regularly for new opportunities.
Some questions (like age, location, household details) are asked repeatedly to:
- Verify data accuracy
- Ensure eligibility
- Maintain quality control
- Meet client targeting requirements
This helps maintain the integrity and reliability of survey data.
Once you reach the minimum redemption threshold, you can request a payout.

After you request redemption:

- The request is processed by our accounts department.
Processing time may take 2–3 weeks, depending on queue volume and verification requirements.
